Recent Advance of the Inducing Factors Affecting Osteogenic Differentiation of Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells

摘要: 骨髓间充质干细胞因其具有自我更新及多向分化的潜能,一直是骨组织再生与修复的研究热点,大量研究集中在寻找促进骨髓间充质干细胞成骨分化的诱导因素上。本文从化学药物、细胞因子、物理刺激、氧浓度及中药及其提取物几个方面对影响骨髓间充质干细胞成骨分化的几个因素进行综述,以期为骨髓间充质干细胞的临床应用提供理论依据。

Abstract:

 Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs) have been the hot topic in bone regeneration and repair because of its self-renewal and multi-directional differentiation potential. A number of studies have focused on looking for the inducing factors affecting osteogenetic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. In order to provide theoretical basis for the clinical application, this article reviewed several aspects affecting the osteogenetic differentiation of BMSCs from the chemical drugs, cytokines, physical stimulation, oxygen concentration and traditional Chinese medicine.
