摘要:

骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,BMSCs)是机体内具有高度自我更新和多向分化潜能的成体干细胞,可分化为成骨细胞和脂肪细胞,其分化方向受到多种因素的影响。MicroRNA是一类广泛存在于真核生物体内高度保守的内源性非编码小RNA,通过转录后调控基因表达,从而参与调控各种生物体的基本生命活动及功能。年龄是影响BMSCs成骨、成脂分化的重要因素之一。MicroRNA在骨髓间充质干细胞成骨、成脂分化中起重要作用,并参与其年龄相关性成骨、成脂分化。本文对microRNA调控BMSCs成骨和成脂向分化的相关因子及信号通路进行了综述。

Abstract:

Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) are adult stem cells with self-renewal and multipotential differentiation. They can differentiate into osteoblasts and adipocytes, which is regulated by a variety of factors. MicroRNA is a class of highly conserved endogenous non-coding small RNAs widely found in eukaryotes, which controls gene expression through post-transcriptional regulation and participates in the regulation of biological activities and functions of various organisms. Age is one of the important factors influencing osteogenic and adipogenic differentiation of BMSCs, and microRNA plays important roles in the osteogenic and adipogenic differentiation of BMSCs. The present review focuses on the progress in elucidating the roles of microRNA in the osteogenic and adipogenic differentiation of BMSCs.
