摘要:

骨组织再生是一个依靠多系统相互协作的过程,免疫系统的作用可能是骨修复材料获得成功的关键因素之一。巨噬细胞作为第1批到达的免疫细胞,是炎症和免疫过程中与异物反应的关键介质,并具有响应局部微环境中的信号极化为不同功能表型细胞亚型(M1/M2)的能力。这些巨噬细胞极化亚型的衍生信号几乎持续存在于骨组织生成全过程中。了解巨噬细胞及其极化,并探讨各极化亚型在骨组织再生过程中的作用,有助于以免疫调节功能为出发点的骨生物材料的研究开发。

Abstract:

Bone regeneration is a process which relies on the cooperation of multiple systems. The role of the immune system may be one of the key factors for the successful tissue engineering materials for bone regeneration. As the first arriving immune cells, macrophages are the key mediators of inflammation, immune and foreign body reactions, and can polarize into different functional subtypes(M1/M2) responding to the signal of local microenvironment, which have their own roles in the whole process of bone regeneration. Understanding macrophages and their polarization, and exploring the role of each polarized subtype in the process of bone regeneration, are conducive to the development of bone biomaterials based on immune regulation.
