摘要:

目的: 分析基质金属蛋白酶-2(matrix metalloproteinase-2,MMP-2)在成釉细胞瘤中的表达,比较其在成釉细胞瘤各病理类型间的差异及与侵袭性的关系。方法: 收集2005—2009年于北京大学口腔医院手术所得成釉细胞瘤石蜡标本26块,对标本进行免疫组织化学(免疫组化)染色。MMP-2为一抗,在高倍镜下观察,因细胞较少,深褐色区域>50%为强阳性,26%~50%为中等阳性,5%~25%或仅有少量斑点为弱阳性,<5%为阴性。数据处理采用χ2检验。结果: MMP-2表达总阳性率为88.5%,强阳性率为65.4%,阴性率为3.8%。在肿瘤外周柱状细胞、基质细胞等细胞内均可见MMP-2的表达。结论: MMP-2与成釉细胞瘤的局部侵袭性相关,各病理类型间MMP-2表达无显著差异。

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) expression of ameloblastoma within different pathological types and discuss its relation to invasive behaviors. Methods: A total of 26 ameloblastoma specimens acquired from Peking University Hospital of Stomatology were analyzed immunohistochemically with a specific marker of MMP-2 and graded in which dark brown areas >50% were strongly positive, 26%-50% were moderately positive, 5%-25% or only a few spots were weakly positive, and <5% were negative. Data processing adopted χ2 test. Results: The total positive rate of MMP-2 expression was 88.5%, the strongly positive rate was 65.4%, and the negative rate was 3.8%. MMP-2 expression can be seen in tumor peripheral columnar cells, stromal cells and other cells. Conclusion: MMP-2 is related to the local invasiveness of ameloblastoma, and there is no significant difference in the expression of MMP-2 among various pathological types.
