负压封闭引流联合全程冲洗技术在治疗严重颌面部间隙感染中的应用

Vacuum sealing drainage with whole course flushing in the treatment of severe maxillofacial space infection

摘要:

目的: 探讨负压封闭引流(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)联合全程冲洗技术在治疗严重颌面部间隙感染中的临床应用价值。方法: 收集2015年6月—2019年6月收治的37例严重口腔颌面部间隙感染患者,分为2组,均采用以负压封闭引流技术为主的脓肿切开引流术,一组(18例)为单纯负压封闭引流术,另一组(19例)为负压封闭引流术联合全程0.9%氯化钠溶液冲洗。分别通过检测2组患者的治疗时间、抗生素使用时间及单脓腔VSD使用数量来比较2组方法的差异性。结果: 通过统计学分析,负压封闭引流术联合全程冲洗组在各项指标上均优于单纯负压封闭引流组。结论: 负压封闭引流术联合全程冲洗可以防止脓性坏死物堵塞负压引流装置,减轻炎症反应,促进组织愈合,减少患者的费用,值得临床推广。

Abstract:

Objective: To review the clinical efficacy of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) with whole course flushing in the treatment of fascial space infections. Methods: A total of 37 patients suffering fascial space infection were carried out between June 2015 and June 2019, and randomly divided into two groups. Group one (18 cases) were treated by VSD alone, group two (19 cases) were treated by VSD with whole course flushing. The treatment time, duration of antibiotic administration, and the number of VSD used for single abscess cavity were compared between two groups. Results: By statistical analysis, all parameters in group treated by VSD with whole course flushing were superior to those treated by VSD alone. Conclusion: The therapy of VSD with whole course flushing can prevent purulent necrotic substance to block negative pressure drainage, reduce the inflammatory reaction, diminish the inflammation and reduce the patient' treatment costs, so it is worth popularizing.
