摘要:

G蛋白偶联雌激素受体1(G protein-coupled estrogen receptor 1,GPER1)是一种雌激素的膜受体,其通过快速的细胞多效应作用引发下游反应,对成骨细胞的增殖分化产生影响。因此,GPER1在雌激素介导的骨代谢中有着重要作用。本文对GPER1在骨代谢中的作用作了简要总结,包括GPER1在青春期参与骨生长的过程,在机体不同雌激素水平下的骨代谢中体现出的不同功能,以及其与其他受体共同作用参与了骨代谢。

Abstract:

The G protein-coupled estrogen receptor 1 (GPER1) is a membrane receptor for estrogen and it plays an important role in estrogen mediated bone metabolism by triggering downstream responses through rapid cellular pleiotropic effects and influencing the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts. This article provides a brief summary of the role of GPER1 in bone metabolism, including the involvement of GPER1 in bone growth during puberty, the realization of different functions in bone metabolism at different estrogen levels in the body, and the participation in bone metabolism in cooperation with other receptors.
