摘要： 目的：了解高职大学生夜磨牙症的发生情况及相关影响因素。方法：随机抽取2 562名高职大学生进行问卷调查和口腔检查，采用 Excel 表格和 SPSS 13.0 软件进行数据处理。结果：高职大学生夜磨牙症发病率为10.34%，其中男生9.72%，女生为10.93%，女生略高于男生，性别差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；口腔损害状况以颞下颌关节紊乱和牙齿磨损多见；影响因素以精神紧张因素多见。结论：高职大学生夜磨牙症发病率较高，学校应加强口腔健康宣传教育，减少夜磨牙症的发病率。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the etiology and related factors of sleep bruxism in the vocational college students. Methods: 2 562 randomly selected college students were conducted with a questionnaire survey and oral examination. Office Excel and SPSS 13 software were used for data processing. Results: Average sleep bruxism incidence rate was 10.34%，of which 9.72% were in male students，and 10.93% were in female students. The difference was not significant(P>0.05). Temporomandibular joint disorders and tooth wear and tear were more common during oral examination among the bruxism students.  Mental stress was the main influence factor. Conclusion: Vocational college students have high incidence of sleep bruxism，schools should pay more attention on the spiritual education and counseling psychology to the pupils.
