摘要： 目的：观察95%无水乙醇联合地塞米松局部注射治疗舌前腺囊肿的临床疗效。方法：以95%无水乙醇0.5 mL，混合地塞米松注射液2 mg患部注射（49例），并与传统硬化剂注射（48例）对照研究。每周注射1次，连续注射4周。定期观察回访6月。结果：95%无水乙醇联合地塞米松局部注射法治疗舌前腺囊肿，治愈率、有效率明显优于传统硬化剂注射（P<0.05）。结论：95%乙醇和地塞米松两者结合注射治疗舌前腺囊肿的优点突出，值得临床推广。

Abstract: Objective: To summarize the effects of local injection treatment with 95% ethanol and dexamethasone into anterior lingual cyst. Methods: 97 cases of anterior lingual cysts were reviewed. Intracystic injection of 95% ethanol 0.5 mL combined with dexamethasone were undergone（2mg） once a week and continued for 4 weeks in 49 cases as experiment group. The other 48 cases were treated with injection of sclerosing agent as traditional therapy group. Results: The cure rate of experiment group was obviously superior than the traditional therapy of anterior lingual cyst. Conclusion: Local injection with 95% alcohol and dexamethasone are effective and worthy of promotion.
