摘要： 住院医师规范化培训是医学生毕业后教育的重要组成部分之一，也是我国住院医师培养模式转变的重要举措之一。本文以牙体牙髓专业为例，对规范化培训的模式、考核制度等进行了有益的探索。重点介绍我科住院医师规范化培训，分阶段逐渐形成了一套理论结合实践的渐进式的培训模式，并通过考核制度达到规范化培训的目标。

Abstract: Standardized residents training is an important part of medical student education after graduation, also one of the most important measures to transform the old residency training mode. Our present work was focused on endodontics, which is one of the important subjects for standardized training. According to the content of standardized training, our department gradually formed a set of theories combined with practice in stages of progressive training and achieved the goals of standardized training through an appraisal system.
