摘要： 目的：探讨开窗减压术在颌骨囊肿治疗中的效果。方法：对18例颌骨囊肿病例在囊肿摘除术前进行开窗减压术，观察6个月，通过CBCT等测量囊腔周围骨质再生情况及囊肿大小变化。结果：18例颌骨囊肿经减压术6个月后，囊肿体积明显缩小，原压迫吸收的骨质再生，颌骨外形逐渐恢复，差异有统计学意义。结论：颌骨囊肿开窗减压术具有操作简单，能最大程度保留颌骨的外形及功能，减小手术创伤。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate clinical curative effect on fenestration decompression in treatment of jaw cysts. Methods: Eighteen cases of jaw cysts in cyst fenestration decompression were done by CBCT pre-operative and 6 months post-operative, the cavity size and the variation of jaw around cysts was digitally measured. Results: There were statistical significance of the differences in the cavity size. Jaw shape gradually restored at 6 months post-operation. Conclusions: The fenestration decompression in jaw cyst has the advantages of simple operation, can effectively maintain the contour of the jaws, and reduced operation trauma.
