Abstract:  Recently, an increasing number of cases of jaw necrosis associated with oral bisphosphonates has been reported. Herein we describe a case of BRONJ after dental implant. The definitive diagnosis was derived from the medical history, clinical features, orthopantomography/computed tomography (CT). The systemic status of the patient was relatively compromised. A review of the literature provides answers to key clinical questions for dentists in the care of patients who are receiving oral bisphosphonates.

摘要： 双膦酸盐相关性颌骨坏死（bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaw，BRONJ）近年来呈现逐渐增多的趋势，本文详细报道了种植术后发生的双磷酸盐相关性颌骨骨坏死病例的临床表现、诊断与治疗，并结合文献讨论了可能的发病机制、治疗方案及对口腔种植的影响，以提高口腔医师对这一疾病的防治意识。
