Abstract:

The innate immune response is characterized by the rapid cascades of intracellular signals under the stimulation of pathogens, providing an initial defense against infection. Long noncoding RNA(lncRNA) as a new star in the field of noncoding RNA, has been proved to be an important regulator of innate immunity, which closely related to the development of inflammatory diseases. Periodontitis is the main cause of tooth loss in adults. It involves the innate immune responses and cascade inflammatory responses of periodontal tissue to pathogens, which is also related to lncRNA. In this review, we will present an overview of the functional roles of lncRNA in innate immunity and its relationship with inflammatory responses within periodontitis.

摘要:

固有免疫应答的特点是在病原刺激下,细胞内信号快速级联,为机体提供抗感染的最初防御。长链非编码RNA(long noncoding RNA,lncRNA)作为非编码RNA领域中的新星,是固有免疫的重要调节剂,与炎性疾病的病程密切相关。牙周炎是造成成年人牙齿缺失的主要原因,涉及牙周组织对病原体的固有免疫应答和级联炎症反应,它的发生、发展也与lncRNA有关。现就lncRNA参与固有免疫的作用及其与牙周炎症反应关系的研究进展作一综述。
