摘要： 目的：探讨超声刀在腮腺肿瘤手术中的临床应用及效果评价。方法：对2012-06—2014-06在东南大学附属马鞍山市人民医院口腔科应用超声刀行腮腺肿瘤手术的36例病人进行回顾性分析。分析各项手术指标（手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量）及术后并发症发生率（面神经损伤发生率、涎瘘发生率）。结果：手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量较少，暂时性面神经损伤症状发生率、涎瘘发生率均较低。结论：超声刀以其快速切割、止血、热损伤小的优点，达到缩短手术时间、减少出血及渗出、降低术后并发症发生的目的，在腮腺肿瘤手术中取得良好的临床应用效果。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the value and effects of ultrasonic scalpel in the parotid gland surgery. Methods: From June 2012 to June 2014, 36 patients were treated with superficial or total parotidectomy. Surgery indications and postoperative complications were analyzed, including the operation length, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative draining volume, the incidence  of facial nerve injury and salivary fistulas. Results: Scalpel has the advantages of rapid cutting, hemostasis and less thermal damage. These meet the purpose of shortening the operation length, reducing bleeding and postoperative complications. Conclusion: Ultracision-harmonic scapel achieved good results in the parotid gland tumor surgery.
