摘要： 目的：分析腮腺Warthin瘤的CT与超声（ultrasound，US）图像的影像学特征，探讨两种检查结果对腮腺Warthin瘤的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析经过病理证实的34例腮腺Warthin瘤CT和超声的影像特点，对病变部位、形态、大小、数目以及CT动脉期、静脉期病灶强化表现进行分析。结果：将CT和US诊断结果与病理结果进行对比，CT检查对腮腺Warthin瘤定性的敏感度为73.5%， US敏感度为38.2%。CT与US检查比较，在显示病灶形态、裂隙样囊变以及边缘小血管显示方面，两者差异有显著性统计学意义(P＞0.05)，在显示病灶密度/回声均匀及病灶边界方面，两者差异无统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：超声检查及CT均可作为筛选腮腺Warthin瘤的检查方法，CT检查对于腮腺Warthin瘤的影像学细节显示优于US检查。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the diagnostic value of parotid gland Warthin tumor comparing CT versus ultrasonic(US) images.  Methods: The CT and US appearance in 34 cases of Warthin tumor in parotid gland were analyzed retrospectively. All the imageology findings were contrasted with pathological results. Result: CT sensitivity was 73.5%, and US sensitivity was 38.2%. In the detection of tumor morphology, cystic like cleft and surrounding blood vessels， CT and US showed statistical difference (P<0.05). In the detection of tumor density/echo and boundary, no difference were calculated. Conclusion: Both US and CT could be used as examination tool for Warthin tumor in parotid gland. CT examination is superior to US in displaying details of Wartin tumor.
