摘要： 尿毒症患者因血液透析不规律引起的软组织钙化较为罕见，术中对组织的分离及术后的护理十分重要。本文报告1例尿毒症患者因透析不规律引起的腮腺软组织钙化1例，为临床治疗提供参考。

Abstract: A rare condition of parotid gland tissue calcification in a uremia patiens who underwent irregularly hemodialysis for 11 years. Separation of tissue in surgery and wound care is very important.
