摘要： 牙周病作为口腔常见疾病，是引起牙齿丧失的主要原因之一，长期的牙周炎症和牙齿松动给患者的美观与饮食带来了不便。通过种植义齿尽早修复牙周病患者缺失牙、获得长期稳定的修复效果，一直是国内外种植医师共同追求的目标。重度牙周炎患者存在严重的牙槽骨吸收，相较于其他患者具有较高的感染风险，如何在保存剩余牙槽骨的前提下得到较好的种植义齿修复，尽早恢复美观与功能是种植医师面临的挑战。国内外学者针对牙周炎患者种植外科时机与种植修复时机选择的观点不一。本文针对重度牙周炎患者口内菌群对种植体的影响、种植体植入时机及种植修复时机的选择等方面进行了分析与探讨，希望能够为重度牙周炎患者种植方案的选择提供参考。

Abstract: Periodontitis is a common oral disease which usually results in teeth missing. Patients with periodontitis may have trouble in esthetic and oral function. Early restoration and long-term success are the common goals for all implant dentists. Patients with severe periodontitis have bone defect and high risk of infection. It is a challenge to recover esthetic and oral function as soon as possible while preserve residual alveolar bone. Although various techniques have been reported for achieving better implant prostheses all of the world, there is still no consensus on the time of implant surgery and implant restoration. In this review, we will analysis and summary the influence of periodontitis bacteria to implants, time of implantation and restoration, by combining the current situation and decades of our experience on clinical implantology works, to look forward to providing references for the choice of implant treatment for severe periodontitis patients.
