上颌骨缺损对生存质量影响的研究进展

摘要：

上颌骨切除术后导致的上颌骨缺损，严重影响患者的咀嚼、吞咽、语言、吮吸、呼吸功能和面部美观，同时也严重影响患者的身心健康及生存质量（quality of life,QOL）。目前，上颌骨缺损的分类方式繁多，重建方法存在争议。随着医学模式的转变，QOL成为一个越来越重要的测评指标。迄今为止，国内外尚无文献系统报告影响上颌骨缺损术后生存质量的因素。本文旨在系统报告影响上颌骨缺损患者术后QOL的因素，以便预测及提高患者的生存质量，为优化选择重建方法提供依据。

Abstract:

The maxillary defects after maxillectomy lead to serious functional (mastication, swallowing, speech, sucking, and respiration) and aesthetic compromises. All of which consequently affect physical well being, personal well being and quality of life. At present, multiple reconstructive classification schemes have been applied to maxillary defects, no current consensus has been published as to the more effective treatment option. Recently, the recognition of the multidimensional effect of maxilletomy on a patient's quality of life (QOL) has led to increased interest . Up still now, there is no literature reports the influencial factors on the quality of life after maxillectomy. The purpose of this paper is to present systematic report on influencial factors affecting QOL in patients with maxillectomy. So that predict and improve the patient's quality of life.
