摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：探讨Pacman皮瓣修复头面部皮肤软组织缺损的临床效果。方法：2015-02 —2016-07间，我院应用Pacman皮瓣修复头面部皮肤软组织缺损30例，缺损面积为1.0 cm×1.0 cm～4.0 cm×4.0 cm，创面旁设计皮瓣，设计方法几乎与传统的“V-Y成形术”相同，但不切断V形瓣的两个三角部分，三角基底部充分游离后对合到一起，同传统的V-Y皮瓣一样推进后覆盖缺损。结果：30例皮瓣全部成活，无1例发生坏死及并发症，无需矫正猫耳畸形，外形恢复良好。术后进行2～15个月随访，患者对术后功能、皮肤感觉及外观均满意。结论：对于头面部中等大小皮肤软组织缺损，Pacman皮瓣法提供了一种简单有效的方法。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of Pacman flap for reconstruction of facial soft tissue defects. Methods: From February of 2015 to July of 2016, the flaps have been used in 30 cases． The soft tissue defects ranged from 1.0 cm×1.0 cm to 4.0 cm×4.0 cm respectively. Pacman flaps were designed at the edge of defects almost the same as the conventional V-Y advancement flap without cutting off the two triangular parts, the distal two parts were rotated and advanced to cover the defect. Results: All 30 flaps survived completely without necrosis and other complications. No secondary surgery was required to correct dog-ear deformities. All cases were followed up for 2 months to 15 months, and satisfactory cosmetic and functional results were achieved. Conclusion: The Pacman flap offers a simple and effective methods for reconstruction of facial medium-sized soft tissue defects.
