摘要： 目的：对比45°角高速阻生齿手机微创拔除下颌第三磨牙近中倾斜阻生齿与传统拔除下颌第三磨牙近中倾斜阻生齿的临床疗效。方法：将我院口腔门诊就诊的852例下颌近中倾斜阻生齿随机分成微创组426例和传统组426例，评价两组术中拔牙耗时、术后伤口疼痛、张口受限、干槽症等并发症的发生率。结果：微创组手术时间耗时明显比传统组手术时间短（P＜0.05）；微创组术后并发症的发生率明显低于传统组（P＜0.05）。结论：采用45°角高速手机微创拔除下颌第三磨牙近中倾斜阻生牙，手术时间短，术后并发症发生率低，患者满意，临床效果明显优于传统拔牙方法，值得临床广泛推广。

Abstract: Objective:  A comparative study of minimally invasive extraction by 45° high speed turbine hand piece and conventional technique in the removal of impacted mandibular third molars. Methods: 852 cases were randomly divided into observation group (426 cases) and control group (426 cases). The patients in observation group were treated by minimally invasive surgery, while the control group patients were treated by traditional odontectomy procedures. The postoperative pain and degree of mouth opening were evaluated, and incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications were accounted and compared. Results: There was significant differences between two groups in extraction time length and complications (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Odontectomy by 45° high speed turbine hand piece and minimally invasive technique of impacted mandibular third molar are more effective and convenient.
