摘要：

繁茂型牙骨质-骨结构不良（florid cemento-osseous dysplasia, FLCOD）是一种发生于颌骨内的、多灶性的良性牙骨质异常增生性病变，多发生于黑人女性。该病大多无明显症状，无需特殊治疗，临床上主要依靠影像学诊断。FLCOD的影像学表现易与根尖囊肿、骨化纤维瘤等其他颌骨疾病混淆，病理特征与骨纤维结构不良、骨化性纤维瘤也有许多共性。能否正确诊断此病对选择合适的治疗方案十分重要，尤其是口腔颌面外科与牙体牙髓科医生，应熟悉此类疾病的临床表现，避免误诊和不当干预。本文报告2例FLCOD的病例，并回顾相关文献。

Abstract:

Florid cemento-osseous dysplasia(FLCOD) is a benign, multifocal odontogenic hyperplasia disease that occurs in the jaw bone. It mostly occurs in black females. Most of the disease has no obvious symptoms and no special treatment. Radiographic assessment is important for diagnosis and doctors should be careful to discriminate between it and other jaw diseases such as apical cysts, ossifying fibroma. The pathology images are similar to osteofibrous dysplasia and ossifying fibroma. The correct diagnosis of this disease is very important for choosing the right treatment plan. Doctors of oral and maxillofacial surgery and endodontics should be familiar with this disease for its high misdiagnosis rates and try to avoid inappropriate intervention. This article reports 2 cases of FLCOD, and reviews related literatures.
