摘要：
结合牙是双牙畸形的一种，主要见于上颌，下颌发生率极低。本文报道了1例锥形束CT（cone-beam computed tomography, CBCT）辅助诊断罕见的下颌第三磨牙与多生第四磨牙结合的病例。

Abstract:
Concrescence of teeth is a dental twinning anomaly which occurs mainly in the maxilla and extremely rare in the mandible. Concrescence supernumerary fourth molar in the mandible is particularly uncommon. This case report described a rare presentation of concrescence of a mandibular third molar and a supernumerary fourth molar, the diagnosis is established by cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT).
