口腔颌面锥形束CT和螺旋CT口腔修复全冠图像伪影的对比研究

Comparison of Dental Crown Image Artifacts between CBCT and Spiral CT

摘要:

目的:比较口腔颌面锥形束CT(cone beam CT,CBCT)和螺旋CT口腔修复全冠图像伪影特征。方法:纳入2017年1月—2019年1月在我院择期行口腔修复的98例患者进行研究。根据不同的修复材料分为钴铬全冠组(32例)、氧化锆全冠组(35例)和纯钛全冠组(31例),比较3组患者CBCT与螺旋CT伪影的图像特征。结果:3组患者CBCT图像中的近远中向、颊舌向伪影直径,实心、条索状伪影面积均显著小于螺旋CT图像中,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);钴铬全冠组CBCT图像与螺旋CT图像中,其近远中向、颊舌向伪影直径,实心、条索状伪影面积均显著大于氧化锆全冠组、纯钛全冠组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);氧化锆全冠组患者CBCT图像与螺旋CT图像中,其近远中向、颊舌向伪影直径,实心、条索状伪影面积均显著大于纯钛全冠组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全冠修复的CBCT图像伪影更小,且口腔修复时选择纯钛有利于减小图像伪影。

Abstract:

Objective: To compare the artifact characteristics of images of the full crown restoration of maxillofacial cone beam CT(CBCT) and spiral CT. Methods: A total of 98 patients who underwent elective oral prosthesis in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were included in the study. According to the repair materials, they were divided into in the cobalt-chromium complete crown group (32 patients), the zirconia complete crown group(35 patients) and the pure titanium complete crown group(31 patients). The contrastive features of CBCT and spiral CT were compared. Results: In CBCT images of the three groups, the proximal and distal artifact diameter, buccal and lingual artifact diameter, solid artifact area and strip artifact area were significantly lower than that of the spiral CT images, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). CBCT images and spiral CT images of the cobalt-chromium total crown group showed significantly higher proximal and distal artifact diameter, buccal and lingual artifact diameter, solid artifact area and strip artifact area than those of the zirconia total crown group and the pure titanium total crown group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The CBCT and spiral CT images of the zirconia group showed significantly higher proximal and distal artifact diameter, buccal and lingual artifact diameter, solid artifact area and strip artifact area than that of the pure titanium group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: The total crown image artifact of CBCT is smaller, and the choice of pure titanium is beneficial to reduce the image artifact.
