摘要: 目的:探讨锥形束CT对儿童上颌前牙区多生牙定位的临床应用价值。方法:连续收集同济大学附属口腔医院儿童口腔科就诊的136例多生牙患儿的锥形束CT影像学资料,分析多生牙的数目、位置、形状、大小、生长方向及其与邻近组织的关系。结果:136例患儿共182颗多生牙全部显示,其中90例为1颗多生牙,46例为2颗多生牙;92颗位于11与21牙位间,123颗位于舌侧;110颗为圆锥形,平均长度为(12.72±2.12) mm;88颗倒置生长,116颗与邻近恒牙或恒牙胚接触;101例恒牙列伴有各种异常。结论:锥形束CT能准确诊断和定位多生牙,可作为多生牙患儿术前常规检查手段之一。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) in the orientation of supernumerary teeth in the anterior maxilla in children. Methods: 136 patients with 182 supernumerary teeth examined by CBCT were retrospectively reviewed. The number, shape, size, growth direction of the supernumeraries and their relationship with the neighboring teeth were analyzed. Results: 182 supernumerary teeth were totally clearly discovered. 90 patients had single supernumerary teeth, others had two supernumerary teeth. Of the 182 supernumerary teeth, 92 teeth located in the 11 and 21 region, 123 teeth located in the lingual aspect. As to the tooth shape, 110 teeth were conical, 88 teeth were inverted, 116 teeth contacted with adjacent permanent teeth or permanent teeth germ and had a length of (12.72±2.12) mm. Supernumerary teeth caused complications in 101 patients. Conclusion: CBCT is helpful for diagnosis and orientation of supernumerary teeth, it should be used as a routine examination before operation.
