Abstract: Objective: To assess the treatment results of the transconjunctival approach for the reduction of old orbital floor fractures.   Methods: 8 patients with old orbital floor fractures were operated by using a transconjunctival approach under general anesthesia. The fractured orbital floor was reconstructed with orbital floor titanium mesh plate in all cases.  Results: All patients with enophthalmos were restored into normal position. Eyeball movement disorders were  recovered satisfactorily. 2 cases of conjunctival chemosis appeared early postoperation and subsided after management. Conclusion: The transconjunctival approach provides access to orbital floor and has no visible scar. It gives a good aesthetic result. Complications of this surgical approach to the orbital are known to be rare.

摘要： 目的：探讨经下睑结膜入路手术治疗陈旧性眶底骨折的治疗效果。方法：陈旧性眶底骨折经结膜切口入路，用网状眶底接骨钛板眶底重建。结果：8位患者的眼球内陷和眼球运动障碍都得到纠正，除2例术后早期有结膜水肿，经治疗后消退外，8例术后切口均恢复良好，没有瘢痕遗留，疗效满意。结论：睑结膜入路提供了足够的手术视野，术后不留瘢痕，美观效果好，并发症较少，特别是对美观要求较高的患者，是处理陈旧性眶底骨折的有效方法之一，值得推广。
