Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the clinical application of CBCT (cone-beam computer tomography) in embedded and impacted teeth diagnosis. Methods: 56 patients (with 37 supernumerary teeth and 41 impacted teeth) who had been examined by panoramic radiography without accurate results were scanned by CBCT again and observed in three-dimensional reconstruction, sagittal, coronal, axial sections. Results: CBCT possessed the advantages in three dimensional location. There were statistic difference between CBCT and panoramic radiography examination (P<0.05). Conclusion: CBCT is intuitive and accurate positioning of impacted supernumerary teeth and embedded teeth, especially those located in the maxillary anterior region.

摘要: 目的:探讨CBCT 在埋伏阻生牙诊治中的应用。方法:对56例(37颗多生牙、41颗阻生牙)经全景片检查需进一步明确诊断的埋伏阻生牙,进行CBCT 扫描,通过三维重建、矢状位、冠状位及轴位断层进行分析。结果:与全景片比较,CBCT 能准确定位埋伏阻生牙的位置、生长方向、数量,准确率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CBCT 可以更直观、准确地对埋伏阻生牙定位,特别是在上颌前牙区的临床诊治更有应用价值。
