摘要： 目的：评价碘酊棉球填塞法急诊治疗牙龈出血的疗效。方法：应用饱和2.5%碘酊溶液的棉球，对108例牙龈出血的急诊病例，进行填塞和压迫止血，观察15～30min，评价止血效果。结果：15min控制出血72例，占66.67%；30min控制出血36例，占33.33%。有效率达100%。结论：碘酊棉球填塞法急诊治疗牙龈出血方法简便、疗效可靠、复发率低，是一种有效的急诊止血方法。

Abstract: Objective：To observe the curative effect of cotton ball with iodine tincture tamping for the local control of acute gingival bleeding. Method: 108 patients suffered  acute gingival bleeding were packed by cotton ball containing 2.5% iodine solution for  15-30 mins and evaluated hemostasis effects. Results: 72 cases were found to be arrested  in 15 mins, which accounted for 66.67%. 36 cases were arrested in 30 mins, which accounted for 33.33%. The effective rate was 100%. Conclusion: Local control of gingival bleeding by iodine tincture cotton packing method is a reliable way.
