口腔内寄生蝇蛆虫病例报告1例

摘要: 蝇蛆病(myiasis)是蝇幼虫寄生于人体和动物的组织和器官而引起的疾病。在我国蝇蛆病多见于华南温热地区,报道的蝇蛆病中,多为眼蝇蛆病和皮肤蝇蛆病为主,口腔蝇蛆病极为罕见,相关文献报道尚未见出现于华北地区。我院收治了1例口腔内蝇蛆虫病患者,在上颌牙龈取出活体蝇蛆1只,经北京热带医学研究所鉴定为蛆症金蝇,患者经我院治疗痊愈。本文对此病例临床资料进行了详细报道,并结合文献对此病的流行病史、病因、诊治及预防进行了分析。

Abstract: Myiasis is a disease caused by parasitic fly larvae in human and animal tissues and organs. Myiasis is prevalent in Southern China warmer regions. Bungeye and dermatomyiasis are common in previouscase reports. Oral myiasis is extremely rare and has not been reported in the literature appeared in North China. Herein we reported a 56-year-old male of oral myiasis. The patient was taken out a living maggot in the maxillary gingiva, and identified as chrysomya bezziana by the Beijing institute of tropical disease research center.
