摘要： 目的：观察腮腺肿瘤切除后植入口腔修复膜对味觉出汗综合征的预防效果。方法：将62例患者随机分为实验组和对照组，25名实验组患者在腮腺浅叶摘除术后植入口腔修复膜，37名对照组患者按常规处理。术后6个月进行主观评价和客观评价。结果：实验组和对照组的主观评价味觉出汗的发生率分别为4.0%、27.0%，而客观测定阳性发生率分别为8.0%、70.2%。结论：使用口腔修复膜是预防腮腺肿瘤术后发生Frey综合征简单易行的有效方法。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of prosthodontics membrane in the prevention of Frey’s syndrome after parotidectomy. Methods: 62 patients were divided into the experimental group and  control group randomly. 25 patients in the experimental  group underwent insertion of prosthodontics membrane after superficial parotidectomy, while 37 patients in the control group underwent conventional parotidectomy. After 6 months, all patients were assessed by both questionnaire and Minor starch-iodine test. Results: Subjective evaluation of Frey’s syndrome, the incidence rate in experimental group and control group were 4.0% and 27.0% respectively(P<0.05). Objective evaluation of Frey’s syndrome, the incidence rate in experimental group and control group were 8.0% and 70.2% respectively(P<0.05). Conclusion: Insertion of prosthodontics membrane is an effective method for prevention of Frey’s syndrome after parotidectomy.
