NGF对大鼠面神经挤压伤修复作用的电生理研究

Electrophysiological Study of the Effect of NGF on Facail Nerve  Crush Injuries

摘要:  目的:观察神经生长因子(NGF)对大鼠面神经挤压伤模型动作电位的影响,探讨其在面神经损伤修复过程中作用。方法:健康成年SD大白鼠35只,5只作为正常对照。其余30只分为A、B两组,均在双侧面神经下颊支作挤压伤模型。A组在损伤处的神经外膜下注入生理盐水,B组注入NGF。在1~5周内,每组每周各取3只动物作面神经电生理检查。结果:在面神经损伤后第1周,NGF组动作电位引出率高于生理盐水组。第2周之后,两组在动作电位引出率的差异无统计学意义。A、B实验组在能引出动作电位的各时间段,与正常组比较,在面神经动作电位的传导速度、波幅、时程方面,组间差异无统计学意义。结论: NGF可以促进面神经挤压伤传导功能的早期恢复。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate whether the NGF was related to the action potential of rat facial nerve following crush injuries. Methods: 35 adult male SD rats were used in this study. 5 rats were normal controls. 30 rats were divided into group A and B. A crush injury was made at one branch of bilateral facial nerve. Group A: normal saline was injected into the injured site. Group B: NGF was injected into the injury site. Every 3 rats in each group were sacrificed for electrophysiological study at 1-, 2-, 3-, 4- and 5- weeks respectively. Results: In the first week after nerve injury, action potentials elicited rate of NGF group was higher than those in the saline group. No significant difference were found among groups on facial nerve conduction velocity, amplitude, and duration. Conclusion: NGF can promote the recovery of conduction of facial nerve following crush injury.
