摘要: 拔牙后导致上颌窦穿孔在临床中时有发生,对穿孔口直径>5 mm或伴有上颌窦炎症的穿孔一般需要修补,传统的上颌窦穿孔修补主要包括手术法和非手术法。近几年随着生物医学的发展和口腔种植技术的普及,产生了可吸收材料填充和生物膜夹层等新兴技术,这些技术有效地避免了很多传统上颌窦穿孔修补技术上的缺陷。

Abstract: Oroantral communications (OACs) are seen mostly. It needs operation to repair when perforation diameter more than 5mm or with maxillary sinus inflammation. The traditional maxillary sinus puncture repair methods mainly include the surgical methods and non-surgical methods. Each method has its own advantages and disadvantages. In recent years, with the popularity and the development of biomedical and oral implant technology, the absorbable material and the Bio-oss-Bio-Gide Sandwich technique are occured. These new technologies effectively avoid many shortcomings of the traditional technologies.
