摘要: 本文主要结合同济大学口腔医学院作为上海首批试行口腔医学硕士专业学位与住院医师规范化培训相结合的学校之一,尝试探索“5+3”专业硕士学位培养新体系的经验。探讨建立学院特色的双轨合一的专业硕士学位培养方案,制定相关的学习课程体系、实践考核体系,明确学位授予标准。从而完善管理过程中的责权关系,加强专业学位研究生的临床实践能力,与职业准入制度并轨,以真正实现“职业”为导向的硕士专业学位研究生培养目标。

Abstract: According to Suggestion on deepening the reform of medical talents training by the Ministry of Education and other six ministries and the requirements of the Residents′ Standardized Training in Shanghai, TongJi University, the first one of combining Residents' Standardized Training (RST) with Master of Stomatological Medicine(SMM), tried a new training mode known as "5+3" system. Meanwhile,in accordance with Implementation Measures on Shanghai′s Residents′ Standardized Training and Master of Stomatological Medicine, a new SMM cultivating system has being explored and relevant curriculum, dental practice assessment system has also established, then the standard of SMM has clearly settled. The responsibility of management has been obviously improved and clinical technique of graduates has been strengthened, which truly accomplish SMM training purpose-“profession”.
