数字切片在口腔组织病理教学中的应用

Application of Digital Pathological Section in Teaching of Oral Histopathology

摘要: 目的:评价数字切片在口腔组织病理教学中的应用效果。方法:将口腔组织病理学数字化教学切片,应用于同济大学口腔医学院2013级口腔医学本科生(44人)的《口腔组织学》、《口腔病理学》日常教学中,并与之前尚未使用该数字切片教学的2012级口腔医学本科生(33人)进行对比。通过课后作业、期末考试成绩、学生问卷调查等方面比较,来评价该数字切片的教学效果。结果:应用了数字化教学切片的2013级本科生(研究组)的画图作业成绩,略高于未应用数字化切片的2012级本科生(对照组),P<0.05。且经问卷调查,研究组总体满意度为97.5%,而对照组的满意度为96.5%,说明多数学生总体对教学效果满意(P>0.05)。结论:数字化切片应用于口腔组织病理教学,可改善目前我国多数基层口腔医学院校教学资料短缺的局面,同时有利于口腔组织病理教学资料同质化和教学水平的提高。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the efficiency of digital pathological section in teaching of Oral Histopathology.Methods: Digital pathological section were used in teaching of Oral Histopathology in a group of undergraduates(44 students, 2013 grade, the study group). The teaching efficiency of digital pathological section were compared with another group of traditional teaching undergraduates (33 students, 2012 grade, the control group), by the students' section drawings, examination scores and questionnaire results. Results: The section drawing scores of study group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction degree of study group were 97.5%, while that of the control group was 96.5%, and there is no statistic difference between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: The digital pathological section may contribute to improve the homogenization of oral histopathological teaching, and is worth promoting.
