摘要： 目的：观察第三磨牙即刻移植修复无法保留的第一、二磨牙的临床效果。方法：52例病例，拍摄治疗前X线片并测量受植区间隙及骨量。第三磨牙自体移植3个月后，根据临床检查及X线检查评价疗效。结果：经随访3月~5年，40例移植牙稳固，牙周无炎症，能正常行使功能，牙根无吸收，骨质愈合良好。11例牙根有轻度吸收，1例失败，术后跟踪随访。结论：第三磨牙即刻移植修复第一、二磨牙临床效果满意。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the clinical outcomes of autogenous teeth transplantation(ATT) of third molars in the locations of first and/or second molar areas. Methods: 52 cases were comprised in this review. X-ray examination was performed to evaluate the situations of third molars and tooth space of first or second molars. Third molars were extracted with cautious and underwent root canal therapy without delay. First or secondmolar extraction fresh socket were created, Third molar ATT was performed and fixed with wire.After three months follow-up, clinical outcomes were evaluated.Results: After 3 months to 5 years follow-up, 40 cases of ATT were stable and function well. No periodontal inflammation or root resorptionwere observed. Slight root resorption revealed in 11 cases, and 1 case failed in replantation. Conclusion: Autogenous teeth transplantation of third molars is working in the way of reblacing the lost first or sencond molars.
