CC趋化因子7和趋化因子受体7在口腔白斑及口腔鳞癌组织中的表达及意义

The Expression and Significance of CC Chemokine 7 and Chemokine Receptor 7 in Oral Leukoplakia and Oral Squamous Carcinoma Tissues

摘要: 目的:探讨CC趋化因子7在口腔白斑组织中的表达及意义。方法:选取2011-03—2014-03期间,在我院口腔科治疗的口腔白斑患者43例,口腔鳞癌患者41例,以及正常口腔黏膜组织46份,利用免疫组化法对不同组织中CCL7和CCR7蛋白表达情况进行检测。结果:CCL7蛋白在口腔白斑组织中的表达低于口腔鳞癌组织,而高于正常黏膜组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CCR7蛋白在口腔白斑组织中表达低于口腔鳞癌组织,而高于和正常黏膜组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Spearman相关分析显示,口腔白斑组织中CCL7蛋白和CCR7蛋白表达呈正相关(r=0.594,P<0.05)。结论:CCL7和CCR7蛋白表达均表现出从口腔正常黏膜组织到口腔白斑到口腔鳞癌逐渐升高的趋势,且二者呈正相关,可能参与了口腔白斑癌变过程。

Abstract: Objective:  To investigate the expression and significance of  chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 7, (CCL7) and chemokine receptor (C-C motif) receptor 7, (CCR7) in oral leukoplakia and oral squamous carcinoma tissue. Methods: From March 2011 to March 2014, 43 cases of patients with oral leukoplakia, 41 cases of patients with oral squamous carcinoma and 46 adults with normal oral mucosa tissues provided informed consent were selected for this investigation. The expressions of CCL7 and CCR7 proteins in different tissues were detected by using immunohistochemical staining methods. Results: The expression level of CCL7 proteins in oral leukoplakia tissues were weaker than those in the oral squamous carcinoma, but more intensive than the normal mucosa tissues, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The expressions of CCR7 proteins in oral leukoplakia tissues were weaker than those in the oral squamous carcinoma, but more intensive than in the normal mucosa tissues, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Spearman correlation analysis showed that, the expressions of CCL7 proteins in oral leukoplakia tissues were positively correlated with the expressions CCR7 proteins (r=0.594, P<0.05). Conclusion: The expressions level of CCL7 proteins and CCR7 proteins are showing a gradual increased tendency from normal oral mucosa tissues to oral leukoplakia, then to oral squamous cell carcinoma. And expression of the two chemokines were positively correlated. They might be involved in the carcinogenesis process of oral leukoplakia.
