摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：探讨cN0口腔鳞癌患者颈部Ⅱb区淋巴结的转移情况。方法：对2008-01—2011-03期间就诊的，94例cN0口腔鳞癌患者资料进行了统计分析，所有患者均在原发灶切除同期行颈淋巴结清扫术，术后单独分离Ⅱb区淋巴结并进行常规病理检查。结果：在94例患者的102侧颈清标本中，22例患者的22侧颈部发生了转移。仅有1例舌癌患者的颈部淋巴结转移灶累及Ⅱb区，Ⅱb区淋巴结转移率为4.5%，该患者还伴有颈部Ⅰ、Ⅱa区转移。结论：cN0口腔鳞癌颈部Ⅱb区淋巴结转移率较低，建议cN0患者行择区性淋巴结清扫术时，可酌情保留颈部Ⅱb区淋巴组织。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze level Ⅱb lymph nodes metastasis in patients with cN0 oral squamous cell carcinoma（OSCC）. Method: A total of 102 neck dissections in 94 patients with cN0 OSCC from January 2008 to March 2011, who underwent ablative surgery were retrospectively reviewed. Level Ⅱb lymph nodes were separated from the main neck dissection specimen and sent separately for pathologic examination. Results: Lymph nodes metastasis of the neck observed in 22 patients. Only one neck metastasis involved levelⅡb lymph nodes. The incidence rate of lymph nocle metastasis was 4.5%, This patient also manifested metastasis to levelⅠandⅡa lymph nodes. Conclusions: The incidence of level Ⅱb lymph nodes metastasis was very low in patients with cN0 OSCC. It may not be imperative to dissect level Ⅱb lymph nodes in patients with cN0 OSCC.
