伴多个前牙埋伏阻生牙列畸形的外科-正畸联合治疗

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：探讨上前牙区多颗相邻阻生牙的治疗方法。方法：选择9例患者的26颗相邻阻生牙为研究对象，常规拍摄CBCT和头颅侧位片，再配合口内检查及模型分析，确定阻生牙的位置及相互关系，正畸开窗牵引阻生牙。结果：26颗相邻阻生牙均被牵引至牙弓的正常位置。9例患者的治疗时间为18～27个月，平均治疗时间为20个月。结论：如能正确判断阻生牙位置，并进行合理的正畸治疗设计，外科-正畸联合治疗是阻生牙治疗的有效方法。

Abstract: Objective:To explore the orthodontic treatment methods of multiple adjacent impacted maxillary anterior teeth. Methods: 26 adjacent impacted maxillary anterior teeth in 9 patients were selected. The location and relationship of the impacted teeth were assessed by CBCT, oral examination, and plaster model. The induction of impacted teeth were performed with the closed-eruption technique and aligned by fixed orthodontic appliances. Results: 26 adjacent impacted teeth were successfully moved into their normal positions. The average orthodontic duration was 20 months，varying from 18 to 27 months. Conclusion: With correct diagnosis and reasonable design, the surgical exposure combined with orthodontic traction of the impacted teeth is an effective way.
