摘要:

核因子E2相关因子2(nuclear factor E2-related factor 2,Nrf2)是转录因子家族中的重要蛋白,其分子量为66 kDa。近年来,在Nrf2的活性调控、下游途径和对疾病发展的影响等方面取得了重大的研究进展,但其在口腔疾病方面的研究进展鲜有报道,本文就Nrf2在口腔疾病方面的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:

Nuclear factor E2-related factor 2(Nrf2) is an important protein in the transcription factor family, with a molecular weight of 66 kDa. In recent years, with the progress of research, significant research progresses have been made in the activity regulation, downstream pathway of Nrf2 and its effect on disease development, but few progresses in field of oral diseases are reported. In this paper, the research progress of Nrf2 within the field of oral diseases is reviewed.
