摘要/Abstract

摘要：

磨牙后管（retromolar canal，RMC）作为下颌管穿行于下颌骨体部的分支，其内包含神经血管束，易造成局部麻醉失败。一旦术中损伤该神经管，往往会导致术中及术后出现严重出血等并发症。本文报告1例使用超声骨刀拔除邻近RMC的埋伏阻生齿的病例，并对相关文献进行了回顾。

Abstract:

Retromolar canal (RMC), as a branch of mandibular canal running through the body of the mandible, contains neurovascular bundle, which is prone to local anesthesia failure. Once this structure is injured during exodontia manipulation, it will often lead to serious intraoperative and postoperative hemorrhage and other severe complications. This article reports a case of minimally invasive extraction of an ambush impacted molar near the RMC with piezosurgery and reviews the relevant literatures.
