摘要： 目的： 探讨三叉神经第Ⅲ支多分支撕脱术治疗三叉神经痛的疗效。方法：对29例原发性三叉神经第Ⅲ支痛患者，采用口内翼下颌韧带旁升支前缘径路，并附加颏孔区前庭沟径路，实施三叉神经第Ⅲ支多分支撕脱。结果：术后观察0.5～5年未见复发，分支撕脱区域仍有麻木感。结论：对原发性三叉神经第Ⅲ支痛采用三叉神经第Ⅲ支多分支撕脱术，可以提高治疗效果，是一种值得选择的方法。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate clinical effects of ramification avulsion of inferior maxillary nerve in management of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods: 29 cases of idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia were retrospectively reviewed. Nerve avulsion was included inferior maxillary nerve and mental nerve branches. Results: There was no recurrence of neuralgia during 0.5-5 years follow-up. Loss of sensation and numbness was a result of nerve ramification. Conclusion: Ramification avulsion of inferior maxillary nerve may improve the therapeutic results and may be a facultative treatment for trigeminal neuralgia.
