Abstract: TREM-2(triggering receptors expressed on myeloid cells-2) is a newly discovered immunoglobulin receptor, which plays an important role in osteoclast formation. It is involved in the maturation and differentiation of osteoclasts by forming complex with DAP12, receiving signals, causing a series of reactions. In this paper, the formation and function of TREM-2/DAP12 complex and the ligands related to TREM-2 are reviewed, in order to provide new ideas for the study of jaw metabolism.

摘要: 髓样细胞表达触发受体-2(triggering receptors expressed on myeloid cells-2, TREM-2)是新近发现的免疫球蛋白受体,对破骨的形成有重要作用。它通过与DAP12(DNAX activating protein of 12 kDa)形成复合体,接受信号,引起系列反应,参与破骨细胞的成熟和分化。本文对TREM-2 / DAP12复合体的形成、作用及有关TREM-2的配体做一综述,以期为颌骨代谢的相关研究提供新思路。
