摘要： 目的： 探讨IL-8 mRNA在口腔鳞癌和正常口腔黏膜组织中的表达及意义。方法：采用实时荧光定量PCR法对35例口腔鳞癌组织和15例正常口腔黏膜组织中IL?鄄8 mRNA 的表达进行定量检测，并分析其与临床特征的相关性。结果：① IL-8 mRNA在口腔鳞癌中的表达为1.02±0.78，明显高于其在正常黏膜中的表达0.51±0.43，两者比较具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；② IL-8 mRNA在中低分化和临床III、IV期口腔鳞癌中的表达显著高于其在高分化和临床I、II期口腔鳞癌中的表达（P<0.05）。结论： IL-8 mRNA在口腔鳞癌组织中呈高表达，并与分化程度和临床分期相关。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the expression and significance of interleukin-8 (IL-8) mRNA in tissues of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Methods: The expression of IL-8 mRNA in 35 OSCC tissue samples and 15 normal oral mucosa tissues was detected by real-time PCR. Moreover, the relationship between the IL-8 mRNA expression and clinical features was assessed using SPSS 13.0 software. Results: ① Expression intensity of IL-8 mRNA was significantly increased in tumor tissues compared with normal oral mucosa (P<0.05). ② The IL-8 mRNA level in tissues of poorly differentiated (stages III-IV) OSCC was significantly higher than those in patients of moderate differentiated ( stages I-II) OSCC (P<0.05). Conclusion: IL-8 mRNA increased significantly in OSCC tissues. The expression level of IL-8 manifested positive correlation to tumor differentiation and clinical stages.
