摘要: 骨基质酸性蛋白是参与骨组织发育的重要蛋白类型,牙本质基质蛋白1(DMP1)是其中的典型代表,并在骨发育和改建中起到了重要的作用。本文通过回顾DMP1的研究进展,介绍了其中的重要发现和未解决的问题,为更深入地研究和认识骨基质酸性蛋白在骨发育中的作用及相关机制提供参考。

Abstract: Bone matrix acidic proteins are key proteins involved in bone development and mineralization. Dentin matrix protein 1, one of the typical bone matrix acidic proteins, played an important role in development and remodeling of bone tissues. This paper reviews the research progress of DMP1, including important discoveries and unrecovered issues. Also, this review could provide a reference of future studies for deeper understanding the role of bone matrix acidic protein in osteogenesis and related mechanisms.
