摘要：

牙颌面畸形是一种很常见的面容发育异常，对患者的心理和生理有双重影响。生理上，牙颌面畸形可导致患者咬合、咀嚼功能异常，严重者可引起口呼吸、颞下颌关节紊乱等；心理上，牙颌面畸形导致的面容异常可引起患者焦虑、敏感、抑郁等心理问题。临床上，目前常采用正颌正畸联合治疗改善牙颌面畸形，正颌术后患者的主观评价是评估正颌正畸联合治疗效果的一个重要环节。本文通过介绍临床中几种常用的正颌手术患者术后主观评价量表的内容及其在临床中的应用，为进一步研究正颌手术患者报告结局（patient-reported outcome，PRO）量表提供参考。

Abstract:

Dental and maxillofacial deformity is a kind of common facial developmental abnormality, which will cause both psychological and physiological effects on patients. Physiologically, dental and maxillofacial deformity can lead to dysfunction of occlusion and mastication, and in serious cases, it can cause oral breathing, temporomandibular joint disorders, etc; psychologically, facial abnormalities caused by dental and maxillofacial deformities can cause psychological problems such as anxiety, sensitivity, depression and so on. Clinically, the combined orthognathic and orthodontic treatment is currently used to improve dental and maxillofacial deformity, and the patients′ subjective evaluation on orthognathic surgery is an important part of evaluating the treatment effects of the combined orthodontic treatment of orthodontics. Through introducing the contents and clinical application of several commonly used patients′ subjective evaluation scales after orthognathic surgery, the study is aimed to provide a reference for the further study of patient-reported outcome (PRO) scale for orthognathic surgery.
