摘要：  目的：研究不同手术方法修复单侧完全性唇裂的优缺点与手术要点。方法：应用Tennison法、Millard法和梯度旋转下降法手术治疗单侧完全性唇例185例。结果：69例Tennison法中出现患侧唇高过长15例，运动自然性不理想39例，复裂2例；88例Millard法中出现患侧唇高过短12例，运动自然性欠佳28例，复裂1例；28例梯度旋转下降法中运动自然性最理想，但出现患侧唇宽度过窄2例。结论：Tennison法对裂隙较宽患者不适宜，运动自然性不理想，术中须防止患侧唇高过长；Millard法运动自然性欠佳，术中须防止患侧唇高过短；梯度旋转下降法运动自然性最理想，术中定点应兼顾上唇宽度，是一种修复单侧完全性唇裂的好方法。

Abstract: Objective:  To evaluate the clinical outcome of e deferent methods for correcting  unilateral complete cleft lip. Methods: 185 cases of unilateral complete cleft lip were treated with Tennison method, Millard method and method of rotation descent step by step. Results: 15 cases with Tennison method showed injured lip height too long and 39 cases with Tennison method showed  bad movement coordination, two patients showed split surgical sutrues. 12 cases with Millard method showed  injured lip height too short, 28 cases with  Millard method showed  bad movement coordination, one patients showed split surgical sutrues. 28 cases with methods of rotation descent step by step showed good movement coordination, but 2 cases showed asymmetric lip width. Conclusions: Tennison method is not fit for cases with wider defects, bad effect formovement coordination, longer injured lip height  should be prevented.  Millard method: shorter injured lip height should be prevented. The method of rotation descent step by step is very suitable for repairing unilateral complete cleft lip， showed good effect of movement coordination.
