摘要： 牙源性角化囊性瘤（KCOT）是一种口腔颌面外科临床中常见的颌骨囊性病损，临床上牙源性角化囊性瘤复发较为常见，但恶变病例报道较少。本文通过对1例牙源性角化囊性瘤部分恶变为下颌骨鳞状细胞癌病例进行研究分析，并结合相关文献复习。研究和探讨牙源性角化囊性瘤（KCOT）癌变相关病例的临床特征，以提高对类似病例诊断及预防能力。

Abstract: The keratocystic odontogenic tumor(KCOT) is a common cystic lesion of the jaws, which has a high recurrence rate, but rarely undergo malignant transformation. KCOT accounting for about 2.65% in home literature. This case report describes and illustrates a 77-year-old female patient with  intraosseous squamous cell carcinoma developed from KCOT. The radiographic and pathologic features are also outlined. To understand the common features of this kind of disease by reviewing related literature. In order to improve the diagnosis and prevention ability of similar cases.
