摘要/Abstract

摘要：

成釉细胞癌（ameloblastic carcinoma，AC）是一种极其罕见的恶性肿瘤，目前文献报告例数极少，且大多数的AC发生在下颌骨。该病的治疗方式以及预后仍不完善，故本文报告1例AC患者采用扩大切除病灶及病灶周围颌骨、软组织的方式治疗，术后随访2个月，记录患者预后。

关键词: 成釉细胞癌, 上颌骨, 治疗及预后

Abstract:

Ameloblastic carcinoma (AC) is an extremely rare malignant tumor and most AC occurred in the mandible. A case of ameloblastic carcinoma of the maxilla was reported in this paper. Due to the incomplete treatment of choice and prognosis of this disease, the surgical treatment included wide extended resection of the tumor and surrounding bone and soft tissue. The patient was followed up for 2 months. Prognosis was recorded.
