摘要: 腺样囊性癌虽早期病程缓慢,但具有明显侵袭性生长、远处转移、治疗抵抗等临床表现,预后较差。近期研究发现上皮间充质转化及以SNAI基因为核心的众多因子参与腺样囊性癌的侵袭转移过程,为我们深入了解腺样囊性癌的转移和侵袭机制打开了新的思路。

Abstract: Human adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) is characterize by diffuse invasion of the tumor into adjacent organs and early distant metastasis. Anoikis resistance and  epithelial mesenchymal transition (EMT), are considered pre-requisites for cancer cells to metastasis. Recent studies have found that the most important function of SNAI gene was induction of EMT. Exploring the relationship between these process and their underlying mechanism of action is a promising way to a better understand of ACC.
