摘要：
上唇腺样囊性癌（adenoid cystic carcinoma, ACC）临床少见，常表现为上唇黏膜下肿块，不易诊断。本文报道1例发生于上唇小涎腺的ACC，患者根治切除术后行放射治疗，随访2年无复发及转移。复习相关文献，以期提高对上唇ACC的认识。

Abstract:
Adenoid cystic carcinoma(ACC) of the upper lip is relatively rare, which is characterized by submucosa mass, and is difficult in differential diagnosis. We described here a case of ACC that occurred in the upper lip minor salivary gland. After postoperative radiotherapy and radical excision, there was no recurrence and metastasis after 2-year follow-up. The relevant literature was reviewed to improve the understanding of ACC that occurred in the upper lip.
