摘要:

长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA, lncRNA)是一类长度>200 nt的非蛋白质编码转录物。近年来的研究表明,lncRNA在基因组调控、转录及转录后的过程中均发挥重要作用,其差异表达被认为是控制物种进化、胚胎发育、代谢和疾病发展中基因表达及表观遗传调控的重要因素之一。本文就lncRNA在口腔鳞状细胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma, OSCC)中功能作用的研究进展进行总结,为口腔癌症类疾病的治疗及预后评估提供新的应用策略。

Abstract:

Long non-coding RNA(LncRNA) is a kind of nonprotein encoded transcript with greater than 200 nucleotides.Recent studies have shown that they play an important role in genome regulation, transcription and post transcription. Differential expression of lncRNA is recognized as one of the important factors controlling gene expression and epigenetic regulation in the evolution of species, embryonic development, metabolism, and disease development. In this paper, the functional role of lncRNA in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) is summarized, which may provide a new application strategy for the treatment and prognosis evaluation of oral cancer.
