电化学联合平阳霉素局部注射治疗舌血管畸形

Electrochemical Therapy Combined with Pingyangmycin Injection for the Treatment of Tongue Vascular Malformation

摘要:

目的:探讨电化学联合平阳霉素局部注射治疗舌血管畸形的临床疗效。方法:回顾2013-01—2018-05期间,在我院接受电化学联合平阳霉素局部注射治疗的舌血管畸形患者54例,病变大小为2 cm×3 cm~7 cm×9 cm,其中高流速血管畸形16例。根据病变大小给予电化学治疗量为5~10 C/cm2,平阳霉素注射量为3~5mL。术后给予抗生素和激素治疗。结果:随访 1~5年,54例患者均有不同程度的改善,有效率达100%。患者术后常发生局部疼痛、肿胀等症状,症状一般于5~7 d后消失。所有患者术后主观感觉及舌体运动正常。结论:电化学联合平阳霉素局部注射治疗舌血管畸形安全有效,并发症少,值得临床推广。

Abstract:

Objective: To evaluate the clinical outcomes of electrochemical therapy combined with pingyangmycin injection for the treatment of tongue vascular malformation(VM). Methods: During the period from January 2013 to May 2018, a total of 54 patients with VM of the tongue were treated by electrochemical therapy with pingyangmycin injection and were retrospectively examined. Size of the lesions ranged from 2 cm×3 cm to 7 cm×9 cm, including 16 cases of high-flow vascular malformation of the tongue. According to the size of the lesion, 5-10 C/cm2 of electricity were selected, the dose of pingyangmycin injection were 3-5 mL. Routine anti-inflammatory and hormonal treatments were done after the operation. Results: At the follow-up period varied from 1 year to 5 years, 54 patients achieved different degree of improvement, with an effective rate of 100%. All patients complained different degree of pain and swelling after operation, which subsided in 5 to 7 days. Postoperative subjective sensation and function of the tongue were normal. Conclusion: Electrochemical therapy with pingyangmycin injection was a reliable and security method for the management of vascular malformation of tongue. The complications were slight, and the approach should be promoted.
